Ashley’s Story
I started Tatxan Learning and Design not to scale big, but to go deep.
After 25+ years of working across education, innovation, policy and leadership, I saw that real change doesn’t come from grand plans or cookie-cutter strategies; it comes from working closely with people, asking better questions, and creating space for new thinking.
I wanted to work in a way that was values-aligned, high-trust, and relationship-driven. Tatxan is how I do that. Every project is a partnership, and every outcome is co-created. That’s what drives me and what makes the work matter.

Tatxan Learning and Design is intentionally small. We don’t take on volume—we take on meaning.
Being boutique means we work closely, intensely, and selectively. It means every project gets our full attention and that we choose partners who are aligned in values and vision.
